With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we want to help ease your mind and let you know that we are here for you.
In these times, we know the importance of keeping your family safe and while providing indoor air comfort. Heating and air conditioning are essential to your well-being. THEREFORE, WE ARE CONTINUING TO OPERATE UNDER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
Furthermore, we know the hazards in inviting others into your home. That’s why we are taking extra precautions to ensure your safety. We have always taken pride in the cleanliness of our job sites and fleet vehicles. We are taking it to the next level.
- Strict “no-contact” policy. We will treat you like family but hugs and handshakes are off limits for now!
- Social distancing. Our team is instructed to keep a safe distance from homeowners at all times (whenever possible).
- All employees are mandated to stay home if they are feeling sick and are able to use sick leave if feeling under the weather.
- Disinfection after every job. Working in an attic or a crawlspace is dirty enough. On top of our usual cleaning, the Grimes team will be disinfecting/sanitizing ourselves, tools and equipment after every job to ensure cleanliness.
